00:00Let's give you the early line here on the early lines for the

00:06ACC opener in Ireland between 10th ranked Florida State and

00:11Georgia Tech line was 12 and a half just last week working

00:15back to the yellow jackets ever so slightly, but still in

00:19double digits 11 and a half points in favor of the Knowles

00:22the over under as you see there for the Irish opener 55 and a

00:27hook as Donnie mentioned Haynes King starting quarterback in

00:31Atlanta is back for Georgia Tech a team under Brent Key who

00:35took over as the interim in 2022 and went four and four who

00:40reached a bowl game a season ago has been pretty darn good

00:44and Donnie great as an underdog a season ago, seven and two

00:48against the spread as an underdog were the jackets the

00:52look to ride that momentum to the start of 2024 in Dublin.

00:56Also, when you take a look at these two football teams, the

00:58last time they took the field, Florida State didn't even show

01:01up for the bowl game against Georgia. Quite frankly, Georgia

01:03had nothing to play for and wipe the map with them. But if

01:06we're looking forward to something sort of a springboard,

01:08which a lot of teams use in their bowl games. You had a

01:10victory last year over UCF for Georgia Tech that sort of got

01:13that all season going and if there is something to be said

01:16about returning starters back, you take a look at you know a

01:19couple of decent players coming back from Georgia Tech, but it

01:21always starts with the quarterback comfortability in

01:23the pocket at a decent season last year. How can you extend

01:25it with another offseason this year? That's what I'm looking

01:28forward to. So I do agree with the line movement from twelve

01:30and a half to eleven and a half. But the one thing that we

01:32can't measure DJ coming over. We know he's a good quarterback.

01:37He's been around the block. That's a veteran presence here

01:39and the reason why he went from Clemson to Oregon State was

01:42look. It's not working out of Clemson like I just can't like

01:44pass the football that well. He actually was a pretty good

01:46passer at Oregon State and if that transfers over to Florida

01:49State, you know that offense is going to be able to move the

01:51football and also that angle of we got embarrassed in that last

01:55game. Let's go and show it was just the players that left and

01:57not the downfall of a program. So expecting a performance out

02:01of Florida State, but I said as I said, I do agree the twelve

02:04and a half at FanDuel down to the eleven and a half. I do

02:06think that makes a lot of sense here. Look. I don't really know

02:09too much about these teams until I watch them actually

02:11play, but if I'm going to lean towards the points, it's

02:14probably going to be me with Georgia Tech in this one.
