00:00How about A.J. Brown?
00:01We talked a little about Dunze for Chicago.
00:03His number is five and a half, which is, you know, six receptions is a lot.
00:08They threw to him ten times last week.
00:10He only had three receptions, but at least they did throw to him ten times.
00:14And I'm thinking, Craig, you know, he's one of those prima donna types, you know,
00:19that if he doesn't get his receptions eventually, he's going to bitch and complain, right?
00:23You know, so nationally televised game as well.
00:27All these big-time receivers and really big-time players, you know,
00:31if this is a one o'clock game against the Indianapolis Colts, you know, whatever,
00:35throw it to somebody else.
00:36I don't care, right?
00:37But prime-time game, whole world's watching, big-time contest against Chicago.
00:44If A.J. doesn't get his six receptions, and again, that's, you know,
00:48I like it at four and a half.
00:50I prefer it.
00:50But if he doesn't get his six, then it's not because they didn't try.
00:54He just wasn't getting open.
00:55So I'll go over.
00:57You see the four and a half there, but it's up to five and a half now.
01:02Now I'll go over the five and a half.
01:05Yeah, I'm going to stay away from that.
01:08Look, I got to see him actually catch the ball.
01:11It wasn't for lack of trying.
01:12He couldn't catch the ball last week.
01:13I don't know what was going on, but he was open,
01:17and I think he had three drops, if I'm not mistaken.
01:19So if there was any prop I would like with Brown tonight would be his longest catch,
01:24because it did appear that there was twice last week where May had him for 30 or 40 yards,
01:30and he just didn't catch the ball.
01:31I would assume variance evens that stuff out, Scott, and he just had some rust and hadn't
01:35played in a long time.
01:36But generally, New England receivers, and I know Brown is cut from a different cloth,
01:41but New England receivers, it's hard for me to see eight catches 140 yards from any New
01:45England receiver, and this is going on, I don't know, 10 years?
01:49It feels like it's going on pre-Brady or Tom Brady, Wes Welker, Randy Moss type years, Edelman.
01:54So that would be the one thing I would play.
01:57Longest reception, maybe in the 30s tonight for him, go over that, whatever that number is.
02:02I'm going to guess it's somewhere in the low 20s or 18, 20, something like that.
02:06Yeah, I could see him catching a bomb, not maybe for a touchdown,
02:10but maybe a 30, 40-yard catch tonight.
02:15Okay, so 25 and a half was the number.
02:17All he has to do is put his hands out and catch the ball last week twice,
02:21and he goes over that easily.
02:23Exactly.
02:23Well, Chris is right.
02:24No, no, he dropped the ball twice, so he's got to do it tonight.
02:28And by the way, Scott, here's what I would tell you,
02:30is that if you're in on any of his props tonight and he drops an early one, get off,
02:35because then there's something.
02:38Then you've got Steve Sachs throwing his first base, you know?
02:41Like, get off, get on something else.
02:44Here's a great example of how you should do shopping to get a better number on the same site, right?
02:53So I looked it up, you know, because I know I saw it at minus 180 or so this afternoon,
02:59right?
02:59So I looked up A.J. Brown alt receptions.
03:03At alt receptions, they give you two or more, three or more, four or more, five or more, whatever, right?
03:07So when you go to five or more, that, in essence, is over under four and a half, right?
03:11I mean, that's what you need, five receptions.
03:13Yes, of course.
03:14So when you look for alt receptions, A.J. Brown, five receptions or more, minus 180.
03:20If you scroll all the way down, and I don't know why FanDuel does this,
03:24but they give you the alt numbers first.
03:26If you scroll all the way down and go to A.J. Brown total receptions,
03:30that's where you see four and a half, which, again, is five, at minus 158.
03:35You're saving yourself 22 cents, and that's where our guys got the minus 158.
03:39So good job, guys.
03:41All right, so it's the same site, right?
03:44It's the same.
03:45I need five receptions.
03:46One bet's making you lay $1.80, and the other, you know, bet over four and a half
03:51is making you lay only 148 or 158.
03:55Gotcha.
03:57Okay, fair enough.
03:58Yeah.
03:59I just, I'm not a big, I'm not a huge, I think Brown was really good with Philadelphia.
04:03I don't think you'll see the same numbers with New England.
04:06I just, I, you know, you know what it reminds me a little bit of,
04:09and I guess last week sort of was the, goes against my theory,
04:14but it reminds me a little of when Metcalf left Seattle and went to Pittsburgh
04:18and expecting the same results, and we didn't get them.
04:21Now, last week, Metcalf had maybe his biggest game as a stealer,
04:23so maybe this is the beginning of something for him.
04:25But until A.J. Brown, you know, Scott, until he has his six for 100,
04:30which he had all the time in Philadelphia,
04:32I'm not going to bet on six for 100 until he does it.
04:34Can't do it.
