00:00The third and final game to preview around the National Football League with a triple

00:07header of Friday night games in preseason week number one.

00:11We go to Miami, South Beach, the site for the Dolphins and the Falcons in their preseason

00:16debut here in 2024.

00:20A lot of buzzworthy topics from this game, DRS, where the Dolphins are a two and a half

00:25point home favorite, a total of 38 and a hook.

00:29Now we're not going to see either starting quarterback more than likely tonight.

00:33Not Kirk Cousins for Atlanta, no to a Tunga Bailoa for Miami.

00:38But the backup quarterbacks will be a focus and it's a high total of 38 and a half between

00:44two offenses we expect to probably lead the way in scoring in 2024.

00:49Yeah, it does look like a pretty good matchup on paper, right?

00:52If you take the starters not playing, you start with some capable backups.

00:55We'll see if Michael Panics, how long he gets to spend tonight, but also Taylor Heineke

00:59on that roster and Nathan Rourke.

01:00You see that name pop up.

01:01The reason why you like players like that, been around the league here, but athletic

01:05enough to make plays with their legs late.

01:07You also take a look at the Miami Dolphins, you know, frontline look, obviously to attack

01:10on a low, probably not signing up tonight.

01:12Mike White been around the league in the NFL, same thing with Skyler Thompson.

01:15That's what we like.

01:16But also sometimes I talk about this band even more when you head into the preseason.

01:21What's the number one goal?

01:22Let's get some guys, some film work.

01:24But the main goal is we don't want to get anybody to have any injuries here.

01:28The reason I bring this up, the Falcons lost Rondell Moore for the season already.

01:31One of those key contributors they expected to be, one of those speedy weapons at wide

01:35receiver.

01:36When that happens, that sort of shakes up that coaching staff to say, okay, we can't

01:40afford to lose anybody else.

01:42Let's be extra careful.

01:43And maybe that plays into it, but still you're going to have those quarterbacks out here.

01:47And I would say to myself, if I'm looking at a game that's supposed to go over the total,

01:51it's probably going to be this one, but really just with a little bit of a downgrade because

01:55that injury to Rondell Moore, you can't just be running extra wide receivers out there

01:59getting looks because this scares teams off.

02:02And that's the reason why we hate to see the preseason injuries because it already is so

02:06tough to stay healthy during the regular season than to lose starters before you even get

02:10to the starting block.
