2 cups / 250 grams Besan, बेसन
1 tsp/10 grams Salt, नमक
½ tsp / 5 grams Papadkhar, पापडखार
1 tsp Ajwain, अजवाइन
½ cup / 50 ml Oil, तेल
½ cup / 50 ml Water, पानी
1 tsp Black Pepper, काली मिर्च

PAPAYA SAMBHARO
1/2 Raw Papaya, पपीता
½ tsp Salt, नमक
¼ tsp Red Chilli, लाल मिर्च
⅛ tsp Hing, हिंग
1 tsp Sugar, चीनी
1 tsp Oil, तेल
Chopped Coriander, हरा धनिया

GATHIYA GREEN CHUTNEY
5 to 6 nos. chopped Green Chilies, हरी मिर्च
½ inch Ginger, अदरक
Chopped Coriander, हरा धनिया
½ tsp Salt, नमक
1 tsp Sugar, चीनी
½ Lemon, निम्बू
1 tsp Water, पानी
