Today’s leg day was just what I needed! It’s been weeks since I lifted this heavy, so it feels great to get moving again! We have a lot to catch up on, but for now, check out today’s workout and save it for later!

METHOD:
Warm Up:
- 15 Banded Squat to Hip Abduction x2

Circuit One:
- 8 Heavy Back Squat X4

Circuit Two:
- 10 B- Stance Front Squat per side
- 10 B-Stance Deadlift per side
X4

Circuit Three:
- 12 Calf Raise Squat
- 12 Split Jump Squat per side
X4

Circuit Four:
- 12 Single Leg Glute Bridge per side
- 12 Single Leg Kneeling Squat per side
X4
