New South Wales police have laid fresh charges against former Constable Beau Lamarre-Condon over the alleged murders of Sydney couple Jesse Baird and Luke Davies.

00:00New South Wales police have laid three additional charges against former Constable Bo Lamar
00:06Condon over the alleged murders of Sydney couple Jessie Baird and Luke Davies.
00:11The 29-year-old former constable is now facing two charges of domestic violence related murder
00:18and one charge of aggravated break and enter with intent to commit an indictable offence.
00:24Police allege the former constable broke into the Paddington home of Jessie Baird on February
00:2919th and allegedly used his police-issued firearm to shoot Mr Baird and Mr Davies that
00:35day.
00:36Homicide detectives allege that the bodies of the couple were then transported in surfboard
00:41bags to a rural property at Bungonia near Goulburn, south-west of Sydney and it took
00:46police more than a week and a major search and investigation to locate the couple's remains.
00:53Now Mr Lamar Condon handed himself into police around four days after the alleged murders
00:58and police said at the time that it was with his assistance that they were able to locate
01:02the bodies of Mr Baird and Mr Davies.
01:05Now the new charges against Bo Lamar Condon come on top of two murder charges that he's
01:10already facing.
01:11He's yet to enter any pleas and his matter will return to court on August 13.
01:17Mr Lamar Condon had his employment with New South Wales police terminated in March with
01:23the police commissioner exercising her powers under the Act to end his employment.
