Hub Load & Lift Challenge

What a fun challenge: loading plates by the Hub, then perform a lift! 1st was  WEIDER 1st Gen 45lb followed by a Curl.  2nd was MARCY DD 45lb followed by a Muscle Clean.  3rd was supposed to be INTERNATIONAL DD 45lb, but had to go with WEIDER 2nd Gen(waxed) 45lb followed by a Bent Row. 4th was the INTERNATIONAL DD 45lb both loaded by the right hand and then Deadlifted. As an added challenge, the Muscle Clean, Bent Row & Deadlift were NOT hook gripped!  This entire challenge was done C-O-L-D! I gripped the WEIDER 1st Gen 45lb Hub with my left to see how it felt, but l didn't pick it up. This test told me where my left hand was at and l simply jumped in! This was such a rewarding time. I am so Blessed! I hope YOU feel you are BLESSED as well!
