00:04the rights to R.I.P., the thriller co-starring Matt Damon and Ben Affleck.
00:08Damon and Affleck's production company, Artist Equity, is behind the project,
00:11which is being directed by Joe Carahan. Plot details for the film are still being kept under
00:16wraps, but is aiming for a fall shoot. The two stars, who earned Oscars for their work on the
00:21screenplay for Good Will Hunting, most recently co-starred together in Amazon's Air Jordan-focused
00:26film Air, which Affleck directed. Damon and Affleck have also appeared together in films
00:30such as Dogma and The Last Duel, and most recently starred together in a Dunkin' Donuts ad
00:35that aired during this year's Super Bowl. Other projects from Artist Equity include Affleck's The
00:40Accountant sequel and the Jennifer Lopez-led Unstoppable, both of which landed at Amazon MGM
00:45Studios. Meanwhile, Damon next stars opposite Affleck's brother Casey Affleck in the Doug
00:50Lyman-directed Apple film The Instigators, which also hails from Artist Equity and is set for
