00:34with a domestic tally of $57.4 million for a North American total so far of $469.3 million.

00:42Overseas, it grossed another $108 million for a foreign tally of $545.5 million

00:48and a global cume of $1.015 billion.

00:52The Pixar film is the first movie since Barbie almost a year ago to join the billion-dollar box office club.

00:58Among animated movies, it's the 11th film to achieve this milestone.

01:01The sequel sees now-teenage Riley experience a whole new wave of emotions as she's about to enter high school.

01:07Amy Poehler, who voices the emotion Joy, spoke to The Hollywood Reporter about her experience working on the film.
