00:44the Malaysian Ministry of Health, the Malaysian People's Defence Force and the Malaysian Marine Force.
00:53NG99 will make it easier for Malaysians to report an emergency,
01:00allowing for advice to be provided in various ways, such as voice, video, text, image and digital pause.
01:09The advantages and benefits of NG99, including data analytics and AI,
01:15will also help the assistance agencies in providing the best emergency response.
01:21They will be able to assess the situation around them and the challenging scenario in order to avoid unwanted situations.

01:32In our aspiration to become a digital powerhouse by 2030,
01:38one of our commitments is to promote AI innovation and support the Malaysia digital agenda.
01:45As a digital, telecommunications and national technology supporter,
01:49I am committed to continue to deliver the latest solutions that will benefit all Malaysians.
01:56This is a 12-year concession.
02:00One year for the development phase and 11 years to manage services.
02:05So, the duration is 12 years.
02:08So, I think this year, it will take one year to develop.
02:14So, it will only start, I mean, from MERS 999 to NG999 will only officially start next year.
02:21But the agreement has been signed because this is a 12-year concession.
02:27So, is there any difference in the function?
02:30I would say it's an improvement.
02:32First, in terms of location, below MERS 999, we have more than 400 locations.
02:39But below NG999, it will be increased to 800 more locations.
02:44So, this means that we provide more locations,
02:49it will be more effective and effective.
02:51So, that's the first.
02:52And second, it will use new technologies,
02:55such as automatic identification number, location identification.
03:01So, all of this will make it more effective.
03:09Thank you.
