00:00There are so many wonderful things about France, and just like research shows, 76% of Brits
00:15would like to experience a little bit of French living.
00:18I'm here today with Boursin in Kent, in this gorgeous Provence-inspired lavender field,
00:23to make that a reality.
00:30French culture, I think, it's really about the art de vivre, the art of living, I think
00:35we say.
00:36It's really about bringing people together, sharing delicious food, and just taking the
00:41time.
00:44We've created this experience where we are going to take you all around France.
00:48So we are going to go to Provence, to Auvergne, to Brittany, and I've created these special
00:54dishes like moules frites à la Boursin.
00:57So we are bringing the best of British with the best of France.
01:05Well as a typical French girl, I can't actually spend a day without bread and cheese.
01:10And apparently the Brits do, because research shows that it's exactly the same.
01:13My favourite dish on the menu is the Boursin poulet rôti, because it's one that my mum
01:17used to make at home.
01:23When I arrived here, I really was transported to Provence.
01:27You know, I went last year and I was like, wow, it's quite incredible how plants or food
01:31can really transport you to a different place.
01:34And I think we could be in France here.
