00:00The sixth overall pick is now in despite trade rumors and
00:08speculation. Would Charlotte move the selection? They have
00:11not. Tejan Salon out of France is the number six overall pick
00:17to the Charlotte Hornets in the 2024 NBA Draft. JY, we go right
00:22to you. Plus 380, Salon's number to be the sixth overall
00:26selection. Actually the second best price, but still our
00:30second consecutive upset. You have been high on Salon as a
00:33prospect. How come? Well, his ability to defend if you look
00:37at it, it's kind of like an Aaron Gordon type. And if you
00:40kind of look at it from this vantage point, I think he was
00:44going into top 10. I do think this was a little bit high for
00:47him. But if you look at the fact of PJ Washington leaving, they
00:52do need someone that is a wing defender. They don't have
00:55strong defenders here. So he does check that box and the
00:59ability to defend here. I just was thinking that this could be
01:04someone, guys, you could have made a trade and move down and
01:08got more assets and probably still got Salon. I'm frankly
01:14stunned that they didn't move back and got still got Salon
01:18probably at around not pick nine. So look, I want to give
01:20some credit here. Kristen Peak of Yahoo Sports actually earlier
01:23today tweeted out the potential of this happening here at six
01:26overall Charlotte taking Salon. That was a tweet that came out
01:30at 4.04 PM. So, you know, four and a half hours ago, she had
01:35been given information. I sent out a few wagers I placed
01:38heading into tonight, including one of Salon going in front of
01:40Cody Williams, largely through that messenger. So one, thank
01:44you. Yeah, love to see it. But two, it makes her very
01:48interesting scenario. Now, the fact that Memphis had a team
01:52willing to trade back, right? And we know how much they've
01:55loved Klingon. How did this fall apart? We don't know the
01:59pick yet for seven here. If this isn't Donovan Klingon, I
02:02think it would be more stunning than Holland going fifth, quite
02:05frankly. So this is very odd that that deal was not done.
