00:23According to court documents, the Crown alleges the driver held Mr Harding against the utility
00:27vehicle intentionally and forcefully as it travelled along Jersey Road.
00:32Mr Harding fell under the wheels and the driver allegedly kept going.
00:36Mr Harding was found about 100 metres from his own vehicle and died at the scene.

00:44On Thursday, officers launched an appeal for information as they searched for the culprit.
00:49Yesterday, Bradley Wilkinson handed himself in.

01:04The 39-year-old was charged with four offences including manslaughter, dangerous driving
