We head down to Michelin Star restaurant Unalome by Graeme Cheevers to predict the winner of Euros 2024 using cheese.

So we've got Moleterno a trutufo on your left hand side.

And then there's also Campoveja trufuto.

Spanish is terrible.

The Campoveja is the firm one to your right.

And that one is aged for about five to six months.

And raw ewe milk.

There is also natural truffle throughout it also.

And the slightly softer one on the left hand side,

That's an interesting looking cheese.

So on your right hand side,

we have an aged Gruyere, Switzerland.

Aged for about 15 months.

Usually a little bit hearty and quite nutty and buttery as well.

And then on your left hand side is Alp Blossom,

which comes from a sort of German Alpine region.

So they use wild flowers and they kind of forage.

So they change colour depending on the time of year.

So you get that wild flower flavour coming through as well.

The Swiss who were one of the favourites for the competition

who achieved a mighty triumphant draw.

They're quite different,

but they've got a lot of history really as well.

we've got Doorstone from Hereford in England.

It's a goat cheese, quite fluffy and zesty in the centre,

a bit of ash on the outside.

And the left hand side there is Minger,
