00:42it's a lot of feel-good, girl power music and then I have about two hours with the incredible
00:47hair and make-up team who transform me from this to the queen that we see on screen.

00:57It's just a very organic thing, really, once you start getting into costume and you put
01:02on these amazing threads and you get the stick and you start twisting the body up and then
01:07you meet the wonderful actors and you start working, you're already... that's it.

01:14It just does all the work for you and you just have to get out of the way.
01:18It starts with looking at Elliot and then I kind of look and think, what's that guy
01:22thinking and I just project myself into that and that kind of gets me there.

01:27I look at him and then it happens in front of me first and then the curse is gone then.

01:40To be fair, we've been called to set a few times when they've needed the other characters
01:43so it's been quite... on the first season it was quite funny.
01:46They weren't quite sure if they needed Eric or Eric and then you turn up knowing they
01:50didn't need you but you just turn up anyway and then they tell you when you got there.
01:53No, but the worlds are super immersive and the sets are great, costumes are great, everything's
01:57pretty much done for you there and then along with the prep that you do to get into character
02:01and stuff, it's all set in stone, ready to go, really, before you step on set, so...
