00:01 Several vehicle towing companies and concrete producers have raised their prices

00:05 following the hike in the price of diesel.

00:08 Two concrete producers, DPG ReadyMix, Sendiran Berhad and LCS Marketing, Sendiran Berhad,

00:13 have confirmed with FMT about their price hike.

00:15 A spokesman for Kelantan-based DPG ReadyMix said

00:19 it was told that it was not eligible for the Fleet Card for diesel subsidies.

00:23 Pahang-based LCS Marketing also said in a notice that its concrete prices

00:27 had increased by RM12 per cubic metre within a 30km distance.

00:31 Meanwhile, Hongguan Towing Service put out a notice saying its towing charges

00:35 will be increased in accordance with the diesel price hike.

00:38 Hardware store Chuan Soon Heng, Sendiran Berhad said

00:41 its trucking charges will increase by 25%

00:44 due to the rising cost of shipping and products.

00:46 On Sunday, Second Finance Minister Amir Hamzah Azizan

00:49 announced that the government has set a new diesel price at RM3.35 per litre,

00:54 which will be revealed every week.
