00:26investment in infrastructure and service quality over fuel subsidies.

00:32Wan Agil also highlighted the need to establish a national transport authority to improve

00:36coordination across all modes of transport.

00:40Meanwhile, transport consultant Rosli Khan said the government's plans for public transport

00:45were too Klang Valley-centric.

00:49He said state capitals like Kothakinabalu and Johor Bahru are in dire need of public

00:53transport but their demands have been constantly overlooked.
