00:39 profit from selling water to industrial consumers, cannot resolve the water supply issue in Nibong

00:44 Tebal.

00:46 He said it shouldn't be a problem as the state is small and the pipes are short and

00:49 easy to maintain.

00:52 He pointed out that Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim was from the state, adding that it was unacceptable

00:56 that Penang faces basic issues on water supply.
