00:14 International Court of Justice, which is the core of international justice, in order to

00:22 act above the national level. It's at the core of the United Nations Charter. And here, again,

00:31 we have to express not only respect, but to ask for the implementation of the decision of the

00:38 court. And happily, what we have seen in the immediate hours is that Israel continues the

00:47 military action that has been asked to stop. Also, Hamas is launching rockets against Israel,

00:54 so both sides don't respect the ruling of the court. This morning, happily, more than 30 people

01:01 have been killed in a refugee's camp, in an attack. This is really a dilemma. How the

01:10 international community can make implementable, can enforce the implementation of the decision

01:18 of the International Court of Justice. A lot of things have happened in the last days.

01:27 In particular, the prosecutor of the International Criminal Court sending to the court

01:35 warrants against Netanyahu and Golan, and three leaders from Hamas. That's an important

01:44 decision from the prosecutor, and I want to say that we have to respect the work of the

01:52 International Criminal Court. We have to respect the work of this institution, and let the

01:58 court, without intimidation, to decide what they think about this initiative of the prosecutor.

02:07 And happily, it's not the case. The prosecutor and the court have been strongly intimidated

02:13 and accused of anti-Semitism, as always, that everyone does something that Netanyahu

02:20 government doesn't like. I think that the accusation of anti-Semitism against the

02:25 prosecutor of the International Criminal Court is completely not acceptable. The word

02:32 anti-Semitic, it's too heavy, it's too important in order to use it on these occasions.
