The human rights organisation said the world's most powerful governments have set at tone of disregard for international rules and values.

00:00The plight of civilians in Gaza and Ukraine is the main focus of Amnesty International's annual report.
00:09The human rights group says the suffering endured by people in both are a result of a disregard for international law by Israel and Russia.
