The International Court of Justice says Israel must allow the UN aid agency UNWRA to provide aid in Gaza. Earlier this year, Israel passed laws effectively banning the agency from operating in Gaza, and Israel has not been allowing UNWRA to bring in its supplies since March. The advisory opinion from the world court comes as a fragile US-brokered Gaza ceasefire agreement continues to hold. International law expert Tamer Morris is from the University of Sydney and discusses the ruling.
