UCLan alumni lands role on Waterloo Road!

00:00 Hi, my name is Nathan Wood. I'm an acting graduate from the University of Central Lancashire

00:05 and I'm about to make my acting TV debut on Waterloo Road.

00:09 I'm having to be a bit quiet because they are filming downstairs but here I am on set

00:13 in my home city of Manchester and I'll be playing a new character called Boz Osborne.

00:18 I will forever be grateful to UCLan and its acting course for helping me get to this exciting point in my career

00:23 and I've had an absolute ball of a time being here and I owe a lot of that to UCLan and its course.

00:29 It helped prepare me and it helped kind of settle my nerves on set, knowing what to kind of expect.

00:35 I'm really excited for everyone to see the new season of Waterloo Road which is set to drop in the next couple of months
