00:20 Marks and Spencers and stuff like that.

00:22 We do still have a lovely veg shop there, independent veg shop.

00:25 As soon as the big store came along down there, put it out of business, and they couldn't

00:32 keep up with the trade and beat them.

00:34 So yeah, it was sad to see them go.

00:37 What the independent retailers, you mean?

00:39 Yeah, of course, of course.

00:40 They can't keep up with the prices of these big places sell it for.

00:45 I think you've got enough footfall along here to keep the independent businesses going.

00:50 Even with like the big stores up at Cribbs calls, I think you've got a decent amount

00:53 people still there and businesses still coping. I think it's a fantastic area.
