00:00 Here we find ourselves Mike on a very windy Shropshire day.
00:05 Mike just fill us in on where we are and what's been going on.
00:09 Right we're actually on Ratcher Pill in Rattling Hope.
00:13 We're erecting three crosses to celebrate Easter.
00:18 Basically St Margaret's Church, Rattling Hope, we had this idea a few years ago and we've been carrying on since.
00:27 We're hoping to encourage a lot of people up here on Friday.
00:31 You actually do the pilgrimage and have a service up here don't you?
00:34 We do, we'll parade from the church or walk from the church up onto the hill here.
00:41 We'll have a little service up here for about 40 minutes where we'll reflect, sing some songs and make our way back down to the church for refreshments thereafter.
00:52 You had about 60 or 70 people last year didn't you?
00:54 We had 60 people last year, 60, 65.
00:58 Good going. So was this your crazy idea then?
01:01 Well I suppose you can blame me for it really but if it wasn't for the guys around me here it just wouldn't be happening.
01:09 Yeah we've got to give a big shout out to Nigel and Benny's local farmers who help get the crosses up there.
01:17 What a great idea really. So this is the third year running and the long-Maidish tradition will carry on I guess you're hoping?
01:24 Yeah, yeah. I think certainly people at the church like it and I don't think the people in the local community around us mind it either.
01:30 It becomes a bit of a talking point.
