00:00 So we're in the cultural quarter of Leeds and this is on the old site of the Quarry Hill

00:05 social housing development built by an architect called Levet. That's where we get our name from

00:09 so we're basically just trying to carry on that legacy of providing sustainable,

00:14 environmentally friendly sort of solutions for city dwellers on the move in this area of town.

00:20 So is it predominantly a coffee shop? You said a little bit of it's peace as well?

00:23 So yeah predominantly a coffee shop but we're hoping to roll out some smoothies soon,

00:27 get some sandwiches in, we've got some really nice bakes from Bakery Balthazan in Carragher

00:32 and we're getting some really good brownies and blondies from Brown and Blonde as well.

00:36 And how long have you been open here? We opened on Monday the 26th so

00:41 we've been open for three days now so 13. How has it off to take?

00:46 It's been really really well received, everyone seems to be very excited that we're here,

00:50 felt like this neighbourhood was really calling out for a good coffee shop so

00:54 we're more than happy to provide that for everyone.
