00:11 We list only natural wines from Europe and Great Britain, including a few exciting Welsh gems, together with Welsh independent spirit and beers.
00:21 We also decided to take action against climate change and partnered up with the UK charity Cool Earth to protect tropical rainforests and indigenous communities living within them.
00:32 Besides excellence and provenance, sustainability is indeed one of our core values and we're really proud of seeing our name alongside important and successful restaurants in the country and also being the only Welsh venue nominated this year.
