00:00 On Friday, the union executive told TV6 that people appear to be trying to pass the buck.
00:07 Last week, former CEO Lisa Agard said a major cyber attack first occurred at TSTT on October 3rd.
00:16 However, she said TSTT, in all its communications with the public,
00:21 the Minister of Public Utilities and the National Security Council
00:25 referred to the cyber attack first happening on October 9th.
00:30 She also said she was not allowed to explain the situation to the public
00:35 and questioned if the internal TSTT administrator did not realize that she had lost her credentials,
00:42 adding that that is a serious red flag in any IT organization.
00:47 Why if persons you serve to your authority as it pertains to the CEO, the former CEO, Ms. Agard,
00:53 and you sat there as the sitting CEO, after this happened, no action took place?
00:59 But here we are hearing an admin pointing fingers at an administrator who was locked out for six days and nine days.
01:06 And I am challenging the company to show the JSC, if they are called to account again before the JSC,
01:13 where in the checkpoint report says that.
01:16 Ogier also slammed the finance minister.
01:19 Had the Minister of Finance and Cooperation sold the Honorable Colm Imbel,
01:24 if he gave the assurance for three weeks to have the report from this forensic audit,
01:30 if that actually materialized then, I am highly doubtful that all this corruption that the former CFO is now reporting,
01:39 who has the bravado all of a sudden to report this corruption, it may not have happened.
01:44 So I am putting part of the blame or 90 percent of the blame at the feet of the Minister of Finance and Cooperation's soul.
01:53 The union executive is also questioning when and how the probe into the matter will take place as promised by government.
02:01 She says she has little confidence in the process.
02:04 When will that investigation start?
02:06 And we know how investigations go on in this company.
02:09 Two years plus we're waiting for fit for purpose report. Two years now we're waiting for investigation into a forensic audit.
02:16 So when will this investigation start and what will be the findings?
02:20 Who are the persons tasked with doing the investigation?
02:23 You see, too many times we hear investigation, investigation, investigation, audit, audit, audit.
02:28 But where are the reports? Where are the findings?
02:31 Nicole M. Romani, TV6 News.
