00:00 I thought Dr. Boni Aluwale is among those guys who do demands and don't implement.
00:09 We have filed, so we have lived to the expectation of what Boni Aluwale is.
00:18 Number two, why did we file at the High Court?
00:24 The amount of money Dr. Boni Aluwale is seeking, 200 million, the jurisdiction of our magistrate's court ends at 20 million.
00:35 So that is why we have come to the High Court to file that matter there.
00:41 Third, I would not belabor more on what the content that the word that was spoken are unparalleled.
00:53 They are words not used in a civilized, democratic republic like Kenya.
01:01 They are words that are obscene. They are words that are demeaning.
01:09 They are words that are aimed at the heart of the career of Dr. Aluwale as a medical doctor,
01:20 as a political person, and as a family person.
01:24 But so on to the last arm that I have put to the country.
01:30 Today, the wives of Senator Aluwale, I have been instructed to issue a demand letter.
01:49 On behalf of the three of the four surviving wives, three surviving.
01:57 I have also been instructed to also issue a demand on behalf of the children who are said to be children who are bastards born out of marriage.
02:12 We shall by close of business, sub the pleadings that we have filed.
02:19 And in totality, the amount I have been instructed to sue for the four wives, each I will be going for 200 million.
02:31 For each wife, I will be suing for 200 million.
02:39 For the one disparaged, who is deceased, her children, we will have a global figure of all the Aluwale children who are 70.
02:56 We shall be going for a global figure for all those 17 children, because they are minors, a modest 500 million.
03:07 In total, you can see that I am going for 1.3 billion.
03:13 After Aluwale in total, that is 1.5 billion.
03:19 To serve him as a lesson, and to serve anybody that we do not disparage politicians, and even go further to interfere their families.
