00:09 Every night before the carnival, a production line that manufactures the dresses and outfits

00:14 with feathers, glitter, and lines for the parade.

00:17 For more than 20 years, she has made fantasies because every carnival has its fantasies.

00:35 They sew by hand the designs that were custom made for each fantasy parade participant.
