06:01the commission, very hard hours in the dialectic sense.
06:08There was an article that took – to defer different discussions, the eight where we were hours and
06:16hours discussing it, because we have deep difference, but above all differences.
06:24that is why the law was approved unanimously.
06:29And we are saying this to the people, to the – because it deals with the peace and the
06:34national sovereignty.

06:46are sure that we are going to keep on advancing in this process.
06:52But we are going to do all efforts to get consensus decisions.
06:59The commission was – had a meeting with the victims of 2013, 2014, even to 2002, there

07:10And 2018 – we heard things that were very hard, because in the majority of those cases,
07:17there was not justice.
07:20So, the one that they were called the guarimbas.
07:24And they are not a subject of amnesty.
07:28There is a boy who lost his life with a gas bomb, tear gas bomb.
07:392014 was saying, yes, the policemen are in prison, but the others are not – are
07:48free.
07:50To all of them, we have to hurt all of them, because justice is going to get their main goal,
07:57to go to a peace political moment in the country.
08:01And the ones who are out of the country that receive this law with a high spirit, we are –
08:08we
08:09can debate with them, we can confront them in a direct way, in a very fast way, but inside
08:16the constitution with our ideas, our projects.
08:19And the Venezuelan people is going to decide the path of this republic.
