00:15According to the third bulletin issued by the Ministry of Energy and Mines, significant
00:20progress has been made in stabilizing the grid, allowing new provinces such as HigĂŒey,
00:25La Romana, Nahua, and Valverde to once again have electricity.
00:30The note informs that substations are powered and the transmission system has been restored,
00:36although some power plants are still completing the charging process.
00:41It also assured that technical terms continue to work hard to achieve total normalization
00:47of service throughout the national territory.
