01:13 Because of this law, the debt of more than P600,000 agrarian reform beneficiaries

01:26 According to DOR Secretary Estrella,
01:29 up to 2,672 ARBs received e-titles from 3,650 hectares of land.
01:39 That's why our President told us to pass on to Secretary Estrella
01:47 the award of the title that they have been waiting for a long time.
01:54 That's why we passed on the award of the title for you, agrarian reform beneficiaries.
02:03 The program is in accordance with the project of DAR,
02:06 the Support to Partialization of Lands for Individual Titling or SPLIT,
02:11 which will divide the land that is part of the collective CLOA for ARBs.
02:18 The project aims to strengthen the land property rights of ARBs,
02:23 to speed up their recovery from the pandemic crisis,
