The Johor Fire and Rescue Department is targeting to reduce their National Average Response Time (NART) to nine minutes and thirty seconds per case starting this year.

Johor Fire and Rescue Department director Siti Rohani Nadir on Tuesday (Feb 6) said that last year, the department's overall response time was 57%, compared to the NART target of 63%.
