00:05 for Hartlepool Hospital group. Glenn there's been a lot of talk recently about a possible

00:10 new hospital in the area, Ben Howchans talked about that if he gets elected. Where would

00:15 you like to see Hartlepool fit in those plans?

00:17 Yeah absolutely Mark, it's really well in the news, I'll wholeheartedly support Ben

00:22 and what he's trying to do. I just think for a more cost effective aspect when money is

00:27 tight and trying to get the business community funding involved in it, what we've got is

00:32 a perfect for the hospital here that had investment in it recently. It's got room to grow, it's

00:39 got land that's prime to be built upon, it's got good access links and I just think from

00:43 a cost effective point of view why not utilise trust assets, which this is because the trusts

00:49 own the land, they own the hospital, instead of having to go to feasibility study to buy

00:53 new land and build a brand new hospital when you've got one here. So that's a little bit

01:01 about it should be looked at as a point of view of yeah a brand new hospital that's great

01:05 but also look at other avenues.
