00:08 Yeah, it's our first time being part of Beef Week, so we didn't really know what to expect,

00:09 but so far we've had some visitors come through and interested in the wagyu breed, which has

00:10 been really great.

00:11 And so how long have you been breeding wagyu?

00:12 We've had this farm and building up our stud over the last two to three years, so now we're

00:27 just starting to really focus on the high-end wagyu full-blood that we're trying to build

00:33 up.

00:34 So why wagyu?

00:35 We just like the uniqueness of it.

00:36 Who doesn't like eating a wagyu steak?

00:37 And we just thought we'd try and do something a bit different and tap into a bit of a niche

00:38 market, especially here in South Australia.

00:40 Just more probably to get our brand out there, given that we're really new to the industry,
