00:10 Former Finance Minister, Dime Zainudin pleaded not guilty at the Kuala Lumpur Sessions Court today.
00:15 Dime was charged under Section 36(2) of the AMACC Act 2009 with failing to comply with the terms of an asset declaration notice issued by the Antigrav Agency.
00:23 He is accused of failing to declare his ownership in 38 companies and 19 plots of land as well as 6 properties.
00:29 Dime's alleged theft failed to declare his ownership of Amanasa Nasional, Amanasa Berhad accounts and 7 luxury vehicles.
00:36 If found guilty, Dime will face a jail term of less than 5 years and a fine below RM100,000.
