00:03 What was it like working alongside everyone

00:06 who's a part of the film?

00:07 - Man, it's surreal, man, just being with this

00:10 great ensemble cast, man, and watching and learning

00:14 and bringing to the table what I felt like I can bring,

00:19 you know, and with the guidance of Blizz,

00:22 yeah, I think we did something magical, so.

00:26 - What advice did Blizz or Oprah or any one of those

00:29 execs give you?

00:31 - Oprah just told me I was great

00:33 and keep doing what I'm doing.

00:34 I was like, that's enough.

00:35 And then Blizz, he's just told me to just, man,

00:39 keep being me, keep doing what I'm doing,

00:42 and he loves my work ethic and love what I do,

00:47 love what I bring to the table,

00:48 and so you can't ask for much more from those guys,

00:52 you know, yeah.

00:53 - What's your favorite memory being on set?

00:56 - Man, hanging out with Oprah.

00:58 She came on set one day and we just was all talking

01:00 and chopping it up and just kicking it,

01:02 and yeah, that was like one of my great moments, man,

01:06 being on set, you know, with her and just hanging out.

01:08 And then being with all the rest of the cast, you know,

01:11 and Hailey Bailey, that's my baby girl from Grown-ish,

01:15 and so, you know, kicking it with her again on the project,

01:19 it was great.

01:20 - I love that, and this movie is big on sisterhood,

01:23 so what was it like for you coming into the film as a man?

01:26 Like, what was that camaraderie like

01:28 or support like?

01:29 - Man, it was love, it was love,

01:30 and you can see the love with these women in the movie.

01:34 This is no fluke, they really gel like that,

01:37 and to see them cast that on screen

01:41 is a beautiful thing to watch,

01:44 and it's a beautiful thing to be around.
