An easy, quick, and no-cook recipe: simply ideal! Very rich in plant-based protein, feel free to add this hummus to your salads, for example. This way, you can reduce your meat consumption while discovering new flavors and continuing to enjoy your meals ;-)

Ingredients:
- 3.5 oz canned chickpeas (100 gr)
- 1 avocado
- Parsley
- Salt
- Pepper
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 Tbsp tahini
