00:00For those who want a no fuss Thanksgiving turkey, this is gonna be the answer. I'm shocked at this.
00:05This has been all over my feed and it looks so tender and delicious that I had to try it.
00:10So you start with one of these. Comes with this gravy packet that we might use later.
00:13I'm just gonna get them a little bit. It says to leave the netting on so it stays together.
00:18All the videos I've seen, they've used the pre-seasoned turkey breast, but I'm gonna add a little more seasoning because mine's just plain.
00:23So I'm gonna go in with a little salt and pepper and a little onion and garlic powder, and then I'll add in the poultry seasoning.
00:28And then it's a packet of onion soup mix, whole berry, cranberry sauce.
00:32And then she does a half a cup of liquid that is a combination of apple cider and orange juice.
00:36I don't have any oranges, so we're just gonna do apple cider.
00:39Stir that up and then pour it over. Go with a little fresh rosemary.
00:43Pretty sure that's gonna be delicious.
00:44I'll just start with high for four hours.
00:46Whoa, that looks good and it smells so good.
00:49And we take this out and let it rest and we turn all those juices into gravy.
00:53Now we can add in that gravy packet.
00:55Okay, now we're gonna heat this up and thicken it just a little bit.
00:57I'm just gonna take a couple tablespoons of cold water and one to two tablespoons of cornstarch.
01:01Whisk that together and then stir it in.
01:04Oh my gosh, that cuts like butter.
01:06Okay, here it goes.
01:08I wasn't expecting it to be that good.
01:10I mean, I saw everybody's reaction, but I thought I would be harder to please than them, but no.
01:13How have I not made a turkey breast in the crock pot before?
01:16This is extremely tender.
01:18I'm shocked at this.
01:19Alyssa in the kitchen, I think is her name.
01:21Brilliant job.
01:22Mmm.
