Known as "chevilles de gazelle" in Arabic, these delightful pastries flavored with cinnamon and orange blossom are perfect with a cup of mint tea. :) There are various recipes for gazelle horns: some are thinner, some thicker, Moroccan or Algerian... We present one here, but feel free to share yours with us!
Ingredients: For the dough: - 2 cups flour - 2 Tbsp orange blossom water - 2 Tbsp sunflower oil - 2/3 cup water
For the almond filling: - 3 cups almond flour - 1 Tbsp cinnamon - 3/4 cup sugar - 1/4 cup butter - 1 ounce orange blossom water
