Recipe Dessert

This brioche is traditionally eaten at Easter in Spain, for example. Of Oran origin, you won't be able to resist its softness :-)

Ingredients:
- 250 g flour
- 15 g fresh baker's yeast
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp salt
- 75 g sugar
- 40 ml olive oil
- zest of 1 untreated lemon
- 2 tbsp orange blossom water
- 1 tsp anise seeds
- 1 egg for glazing

For decoration:
- 3 hard-boiled eggs
- 3 tsp vinegar
- food coloring
- sugar pearls and/or sugar decorations
