Codfish fritters - video recipe !

Travel all the way to Portugal, baking these delicious cod fish balls !

Ingredients:
- 1 lb unsalted cod fish
- 2 lbs potatoes
- 2 eggs
- 4 Tbsp flour
- 1 garlic clove
- 3 sprigs parlsey
- frying oil
- salt
- pepper
