00:11 Now, as I tried to explain to you on Friday,

00:13 and this is important to understand that,

00:15 when it comes to the NFL injury report,

00:17 if a player misses any part of practice,

00:20 they must be listed.

00:21 And this is what Zach Taylor talked about.

00:24 Burrow took all of his normal reps.

00:26 So they're not required by the league

00:28 to list them on the injury report,

00:30 though it's obvious there was something wrong

00:32 with his right hand because there was a picture of it.

00:35 And this is my problem with these injury reports,

00:37 the listing of them has changed.

00:39 Kevin, when I started coming to the league in the late 2000s

00:44 really, actually late 1999, '98 area,

00:49 before we got to the 2000s,

00:51 the way you would list the players on the injury report

00:52 was only if they were treated for an injury.

00:55 Now, look, it's sort of like an honor system, guys.

01:00 If he's being treated for something,

01:02 and clearly he was because he had his hand wrapped,

01:04 he had something on his hand, he should have been listed.

01:07 I'm hoping that the competition committee,

01:09 when they convene in the off season,

01:11 will take a look at this.

01:12 Because where you play fantasy,

01:14 you and I, Kevin, were talking about this on Friday,

01:15 we can expand on it.

01:16 Whether you're playing fantasy or you're wagering,

01:19 if you knew that there was something going on

01:21 with Burrow's right hand or right wrist,

01:24 would that not affect what you did for that game,

01:27 whether you had Burrow on your fantasy team

01:28 or you're wagering on the Bengals?
