00:00 For me personally it was amazing, like it was a great experience and getting to meet people I got

00:03 to meet and speak with and I got to work with was absolutely amazing. Everyone was so lovely,

00:09 it's like when I first got there I was really really nervous, like you would, but everyone

00:14 was so welcoming, it was really like am I actually here to be filming today, like what's going on?

00:20 But no it was great, everyone was lovely. What I've tried to kind of say from day one is that

00:25 I'm trying to do something differently, I'm not segregating myself to doing just one thing,

00:32 it's kind of like I'm trying to do as much stuff as possible and trying to be playful and creative

00:38 with what I want to do and that's kind of just what I tried to represent on the plate when I

00:42 was there, was to just be different and not just try and do the same thing. The thing that I think

00:47 like it was like the off-camera moments was the bonding with everyone, which was that's what was

00:52 amazing is that like everyone's like everyone that I was contending against, the staff, everyone

00:59 was so lovely and like even like all the guys, like all the chefs, they're all talented people,

01:03 you know, it's like everyone was just, it was weird how well you get along with everyone

01:09 because you're just like before today I've never met you, I don't know who you are and then by the

01:12 end of the day you're all like we're all friends now, you know, and it's um no no it's really good

01:18 and that was the highlight of it was it was actually meeting new people and staying in

01:21 in contact with them.
