00:07 I think it's challenges, it's a plural. We always, we live day in day out with our challenges.

00:13 I think recruiting the right individuals, putting a culture of interest, passion in the organization, these are key.

00:26 Of course, we don't want to underestimate the importance of the idea itself. Building a product is not easy.

00:35 Ideas are always there, but putting that idea into action and into operation is a key factor for any success.

00:44 And I believe in how we manage to put ourselves on the map.
