00:00My name is Hatim Kamli. I'm co-founder and CEO Risaal. Risaal basically is a fintech and reward
00:14company working in Saudi, startup in Saudi and scaling globally. We are focusing on how we
00:18integrate the non-cash value from various points, gift cards, debit cards, and wallets from fragmented
00:25ecosystem and economy into more intelligence financial layers.
00:34We are here for many reasons. The first reason is to engage with the customer and the partner and
00:39show up our new products. We plan to launching three products here in the 2020 and we just
00:46recently announced three major milestones. We launched Risaal Pay, it's a simply platform to
00:52aggregate all fragmented points from multiple loyalty programs into one spendable value that
00:58enabling consumer to spend it like a cash. And the second thing, it's an infrastructure called
01:04Risaal Connect, enabling loyalty programs to connect with a multiple merchant retailer in a simple API.
01:10And the third one is we are tackling the growing of the embedded finance and micro-loans, micro-lending.
01:17So we just launched the infrastructure, enabling them to issue micro-loans with specific rules,
01:25velocity time, and can be used for multiple use cases. Now we just launched it recently and we
01:32integrated with a key partner here in Saudi market.
01:35And I think Saudi is a hub for a lot of things. Innovation aligned with inspired by Beijing 2030 and
01:46enabling people to solve a bigger problem. Here we have a massive GDP, we have good infrastructure in
01:54tech and finance and fintech, and we have the support from government and regulators to build something
01:59that make life easier and solving a bigger problem. Our plan is simply to solve bigger problems. How can
02:10we connect the non-cash economy that almost massive opportunities equal 2.5 trillion globally. We
02:17start from Saudi, now we serve almost six, seven market countries. We proceed more than 1 billion Saudi
02:23real through our network and our plan next three years to scalable, building a scalable model, expand
02:29our network. Now we have a network across 10 countries. We have a plan to expand it into six
02:36market, six market in the next three years.
02:38There is a huge opportunity here. Use a Saudi market as an enabler, a supporter to build something
02:49that can ease the scale globally. This is one. Two, I think there is, you know, as an entrepreneur,
02:54you have to find a bigger problem that can solve by your solution. That will help you also to make
03:01your dream to create a lot of jobs to enhance the GDP of the market and country. And this is the main
03:07vision and mission for the government and even for the enterprise.
03:14I think the main driver, how can we create jobs? How can we make life easier? How can we make people
03:21happy? How can we supporting them to create their families? So before I started, I founded a company
03:26called Lucidia, it's AI company. Now we created more than 500 families and you see that now we do the same
03:33things and they said building, building real, real career path for people. This is the main,
03:38main purpose for me as a founder.
