00:20 Sustainability and innovation are here to stay.
00:35 The question facing businesses nowadays is about the pace of it.
00:39 So there are many factors that are affecting it, and
00:41 one of them is government policies.
00:43 It will dictate the velocity of the pace of the changes.
00:47 So such as incentives, that like grants and tax breaks.
00:52 But there has to be these incentives.
00:54 I think it's a matter of time before it comes like carbon taxes.
00:57 The other part that will affect the pace will be customers.
01:00 Customers expect their suppliers to embrace things like
01:05 resiliencies and opportunities.
01:08 So they are looking for that.
01:09 And they do as a result that they expect the suppliers to do the same.
01:14 The third factor that will dictate the pace will be investors and the finances.
01:19 Okay, the investors, the new money that are coming in are pouring into this area.
01:23 And if businesses don't embrace that,
01:26 they are going to miss out the catalyst of growth.

02:10 What do OCBC and my colleagues hope for?
02:13 Three things.
