Pacific Senior Living, a senior living brand by Columbia Pacific Management Group, has officially launched its first senior living residence project called Acacia.

00:37 Acacia is built very much on a Western concept of senior care.

00:42 We are the first in Selangor for now.

00:45 And I think your question was, are we going to build more?

00:48 Yes, we will be building a few more.

00:51 I can't give you a number right now.

00:53 But within Selangor and the Klang Valley is our main concentration at this point of time.

00:56 We will hopefully also expanding towards East Malaysia and also South in Johor.

01:27 It really is about putting the senior, not giving them a place to just live,

01:33 but putting all of their needs at the center of what we provide.

01:36 And so it has to do with care and providing medical care and support,

01:44 but also activities to nourish the mind and the body and a sense of community.
