NEWS: DAP not the biggest winner in Cabinet rejig, says Loke

DAP secretary general Anthony Loke dismissed talk that the party is “the biggest winner” in the Cabinet shake-up today.

00:04 In terms of net increase, it's only a net increase of one ministership.

00:11 Same goes to UMNO. UMNO also increased one, Dr Srijoh Harikani.

00:18 But a lot of these appointments, new appointments, reshuffles, involving DAP,

00:26 of course because there was one additional and then there was one removed.

00:31 So two removed, one minister and one deputy minister were not in the list.

00:36 So that's why there are a number of new faces in the line-up.

00:41 So in terms of net increase, it's only one additional ministerial post,

00:46 which same goes to UMNO as well.

00:48 Of course, UMNO also among the three ministers, they swapped their portfolios.
