00:12 Mr Glass and another man, a 32-year-old, were arrested in Kempsey late yesterday near the
00:18 banks of the Maclay River.
00:20 It came after a more than 12-hour police, land and air search.
00:25 Today in court, bail was formally refused.
00:29 Mr Glass's lawyer said his client didn't wish to appear.
00:33 The prosecutor applied to take a urine sample from Mr Glass, saying they had information
00:39 he was under the influence of cocaine during the alleged shootings.
00:43 Mr Glass later appeared in court after that application was made.
00:48 The matter was adjourned until the 17th of January.
00:51 The second man, the 32-year-old, continues to be questioned by police and charges are
00:57 yet to be laid.
